New members are continually amazed at how welcomed the HH community makes them feel. We have so many new people to the area who join HH and instantly make new friends.

If you’re just beginning your fitness journey and want to start with something low impact we suggest group fitness classes such as Pilates or Stretch / Release. These classes are a great way to start strengthening the core, increasing flexibility and building fitness. Our instructors will offer suggestions and modifications for new participants.

We also offer Zumba Gold and Active Living for clients approaching 60 plus and for clients new to fitness. These classes have been designed to improve strength, coordination & balance, posture and flexibility and most importantly have fun.

Our Les Mills Virtual classes offer an amazing cinematic experience on the big screen. Body Combat and The Trip all offer a high energy options for your cardio training, with Body Balance offering a low impact fusion of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. Be immersed in the latest releases from Les Mills guaranteed to challenge and excite participants of any age.

Want to challenge your fitness?

Maybe you are after a class that challenges your fitness? We recommend you try Kick Fit,  Power Circuit and our HIIT sessions including Boxing. These sessions all involve 30 minutes of high intensity training. High Intensity training is a proven way to ensure you get maximum benefit from your workout. Boost your metabolism while burning loads of calories in a short period of time.

Do you love Outdoor Training?

We love using our outdoor training space when the weather permits. Boxing, riding, rowing and circuits are often taken outside for a daily dose of fresh Tassie air. We think it’s especially important for our clients who have been inside all day stuck in front of a computer screen!! We also have a second designated outdoor training area adjoining our gym floor for personal workouts.
