1.What’s your favourite exercise?
My favourite exercise would have to be footy training for sure because it’s a good balance of endurance and repeat speed endurance. The exercise that suits the game I play.
2. What has been your biggest challenge?
The biggest fitness challenge was getting that base/foundation of fitness level. It’s the hardest to achieve but once you do it becomes more enjoyable. You start to feel the results and you find it a lot easier to get motivated when seeing those results.
3. What motivates you?
The thing that motivates me now is knowing I can wake up feeling great everyday (apart from being sore post game) because of the healthy lifestyle. Also being able to do everything with training and playing footy with 40 of my mates.
4. What is your best health/fitness tip?
My best fitness/health tip would have to be maintaining a great diet but to have balanced also. Making sure you do some sort of activity-eg walk/ride/run/weights throughout the day.
5. What is your biggest achievement?
My biggest achievement would be being selected for my first AFL game after a a long tough pre season of hard work. It made it all worth while.
